 You choose the day(s) to donate from the calendar, and place your name on those days.
   

2.

 Each day correlates to the amount you'd like to donate.  Example: day 7 = $7 donation.
   

3.

 Donating multiple days adds each to the donation.  Example: day 7 & day 10 = $7 & $10 = $17 donation.

 

  
4. You can also choose to donate in the "Any Amount" spaces.  In these spaces, you choose the donation amount.  For these custom donations, place the donation amount and your name on the space "Any Amount".
